Extra virgin olive oil produced from the centuries-old olive trees of the Quintas da Costa de Cima and Sol. The oil is extracted by mechanical means at low temperatures (less than 30ºC) in a mill where it is then mechanically extracted in two phases. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.
